I've never used weights before. Are the Exerscriptions suitable for me?
YES! The Exercise Prescription programmes are suitable for all levels. I will talk you through each movement and guide you through your workout every step of the way. For those of you looking to grow your confidence I will always go through the basic techniques and form.
Do I need equipment for the workouts?
Ideally a basic set of dumbbells or resistance bands, mat and bench/chair are required to get started. If you don’t have any dumbbells, then we can work with filled water bottles or anything that provides some extra resistance.
What are the workouts like?
My Exerscriptions Prepare, Maintain and Rebuild are 60-minutes, and are results focused full body workouts suited for all ages and levels. They are person centred and will reflect your current range of movement, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and strength. If you are looking to invest in your life, then look no further.
What is included in a Prepare, Maintain and Rebuild membership subscription?
All the above subscriptions include unlimited access to my easy -to -use App, 2 sessions a week with me at the Temple Boutique Gym, online or in your home, and the full-on demand library of recorded content.
What is included in a 4, 8 and 12 week online membership subscription?
All the online subscriptions include unlimited access to my easy-to-use APP, a bespoke 4-, 8- or 12-week Exerscription and a weekly check in call with me.
Do you offer a free trial?
Due to the level of detail and sensitive nature of your Exerscription which includes details of your health and wellbeing, Exercise Prescription does not participate in trials.
Will my Exerscriptions work on all devices?
Yes! If you have an internet connection, phones, tablets, laptops, and even smart TV’s can stream my live workouts or let you catch up on demand.
Can I watch my Exerscriptions using mobile internet data?
Streaming and playback quality will depend on your ISP and mobile network provider, I recommend 4G or ideally connecting via your home Wi-Fi.
What is a Myzone belt?
A Myzone belt is the most versatile fitness tracker on the market. Using Bluetooth, Ant+ and analogue technology to provide real time feedback on heart rate, calories, and effort. Please click here to find out more.
Do I need a Myzone belt to participate in your programmes?
Yes! All clients that participate in my Exerscriptions will need to be monitored closely so I know you are working at the correct heart rate reserve (HRR) and intensity; this will help make sure your Exerscription is safe and effective.
My clients can purchase a Myzone belt at a preferential rate of £89.99 (£50.00 off the RRP) on the website using this link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership by providing 1 x full calendar months’ notice in writing to [email protected]. Log in to your App and click on My Account then Cancel Membership. Once you’ve completed these steps, the subscription will be cancelled.
You will continue to have access until your current notice period membership cycle finishes.
There are no additional charges for cancelling your subscription.
Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
