Why collaborate with Tracey
Tracey believes people deserve joined-up support – not fragmented care, conflicting advice, or being left to figure things out alone. Across cancer care, chronic health, community fitness and corporate wellbeing, she has seen the same truth again and again: when services work together, people get better outcomes. Collaboration isn’t an add-on – it’s the difference that changes lives.
Tracey brings together clinical-exercise expertise, lived experience, and a background working within organisations such as Marks & Spencer, Vodafone and David Lloyd Clubs. That blend means she understands both the health side and the delivery side – how to make programmes meaningful, practical, and simple for teams to integrate. Every collaboration or speaking session is shaped around the people you support, using evidence-based content, real stories, and accessible tools your audience can use immediately.
There are two main ways to work with Tracey.
Collaborations:
Tracey can create co-branded pathways, community projects, workshops or specialist programmes with you that strengthen your existing service and improve outcomes – without adding pressure to your team. These partnerships help people feel supported, confident and connected, and they bring consistency to their experience.
Guest speaking:
Tracey delivers engaging, human-centred sessions for conferences, staff training or events. Popular topics include exercise in cancer care and survivorship, prehab, menopause and metabolic health, strength training, corporate wellbeing, and real experiences from the people behind the statistics. Her focus is always on clarity, compassion and practical takeaways that people can put into action straight away.
If you’d like to explore a collaboration or book a speaking session, Tracey would love to chat. Together, you can build something meaningful – and genuinely improve the lives of the people you support.
