About Exercise Prescription

Exercise Prescription is a specialist fitness and wellbeing service designed for people living with cancer, chronic health conditions, menopause, or anyone wanting to improve their long-term health. Every programme is uniquely tailored to your medical needs, goals, and energy levels.

Adults of all ages – from those going through treatment, to those rebuilding after illness, to people wanting longevity-focused training.

No. Most clients begin with low confidence, fatigue or limited experience. Everything is adapted to your starting point.

Getting Started

Simply book your free 20-minute introduction call with Tracey – pick a time that suits you, and she’ll review your health history and goals with you.

In some cases, yes – particularly for cancer rehab, heart conditions, bone metastases, neurological issues or major surgery. Tracey will advise you case-by-case.

We complete a gentle movement screen, review your health and energy levels, and try safe, simple exercises tailored to you.

In our initial full session you will have a 1:1 consultation, Tracey will take a detailed look at your health history, current activity levels, any medical considerations, and your goals. This allows her to understand exactly what you need and create a safe, personalised plan that truly works for you.

Water, comfortable clothing, and any medication you may need. For walking sessions, wear layers and supportive footwear.

Cancer, Chronic Health & Menopause Support

Yes – when it’s clinically adapted. Every session is tailored to treatment side-effects, fatigue, surgical limitations, and recovery.

Tracey adapts every session to your symptoms on the day. No two sessions are the same.

Yes – with programming that supports bone health, strength, mood, sleep and weight changes.

Memberships, Pricing & Booking

Platinum (1:1 face-to-face personal training), Gold (1:1 online personal training), Cancer Fit (our one-off clinical video series), Silver (live 30-minute Express classes), Bronze + My Plan (the On Demand library with a personalised weekly plan and Tracey’s AI assistant), and Bronze (the On Demand workout library). Most clients join on a 12-week programme for safe and meaningful progress.

1:1 personal training is £60 per hour in person (Platinum) or £50 per hour online (Gold) – and every 1:1 journey starts with a free 20-minute introduction call. Cancer Fit is a one-off £99. Memberships are £32 a month for Silver, £14.99 for Bronze + My Plan, and £9.99 for Bronze. Full details are on the Memberships page.

You’re welcome to try a free online class before joining, and every 1:1 journey starts with a free 20-minute introduction call with Tracey – so you can get a feel for the approach before spending anything. Bronze, our On Demand membership, starts with a seven-day free trial: your card is taken when you sign up, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. The 12-week programme itself can’t be trialled, but after your introduction call Tracey will recommend a full consultation (£70 for 60 minutes, or £100 for 90) so you both know it’s the right fit before you commit. Even then you don’t pay for a whole programme up front: after your consultation you pay for just your first session, so you can be sure you’re happy working together before the monthly membership begins.

After 12 weeks, programmes continue month-to-month unless you request otherwise.

Everyone progresses differently. Tracey’s role is to support you safely, consistently and at the right pace for your body.

Online, In-Person & On-Demand

In your home, online, Tracey’s private studio in South Cave, or outdoors for walking sessions.

No. Tracey provides what’s needed. Online sessions can be done with bodyweight or simple household items.

Yes. Flexibility is built into your programme, and it can be adapted week to week.

A phone/laptop and some space. Equipment is optional.

Yes – useful for training between sessions or on lower-energy days.

Yes, but they must be supervised and kept outside the exercise space for safety.

Pets should be secured away from the exercise area to avoid hazards.

Sessions finish at the scheduled time. Please let Tracey know if you’re running late.

Safety, Adaptations & Support

Your session is adapted – mobility, breathwork, restorative strength or low-impact work. You are never pushed when unwell.

Yes. With your permission Tracey can liaise with oncologists, GPs, physios and nurses.

Yes. Tracey is trained and experienced in adapting exercise safely around all of these.

Qualifications & Professional Standards

Tracey is a Level 4 Clinical Exercise Specialist, Cancer Rehab and GP Referral Specialist, REPs registered and First Aid qualified. Her Enhanced DBS check is currently being processed and will be confirmed here once complete.

Refunds & Programme Extensions

Memberships are monthly, so there’s nothing to refund: cancel whenever you like and your access runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. If you cancel an online purchase within 14 days and haven’t used it, consumer law entitles you to a refund. Personal-training sessions you cancel with 24 hours’ notice are credited or rebooked, never lost.

Sometimes. A personal-training membership can be paused by agreement with Tracey, case by case, for medical reasons or exceptional circumstances. It isn’t a standard option you can switch on yourself, and a holiday on its own doesn’t count. Silver and Bronze are monthly, so you simply cancel and rejoin when you’re ready.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations are chargeable, though compassionate allowances may be made during cancer treatment.

You receive a full credit and an alternative session time.

Privacy, Safeguarding & Confidentiality

No – sessions are never recorded without explicit agreement.
